Role & responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller and Jr. Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers. You will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information about our educational products and services, and converting leads into customers. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our educational products and services. - Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally. - Follow up with leads to ensure conversions. - Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details. - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients. - Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service. Skills: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi - Good persuasion and negotiation skills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
