We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to grow, own their outcomes, and build something meaningful with us.🔍 What You’ll Do✅ Student Counseling & Career MappingGuide students on their international education journey: university shortlisting, applications, SOPs, and visa processes.Offer end-to-end support — from their first inquiry to the moment they board their flight.✅ Lead Nurturing & ConversionOwn the lead funnel: follow up, convert, and close — with warmth, clarity, and persistence.Craft smart conversion strategies that drive results — we’ll give you the freedom to innovate.✅ Visa & Documentation GuidanceHelp students confidently navigate visa applications, financial documents, SOPs, and interviews.Stay on top of changing regulations in major study destinations.✅ Events, Webinars & CollaborationConduct impactful seminars & webinars.Collaborate with universities, embassies, and internal teams — be a bridge between students and their futures.🧠 You’re a Fit If You Have…2+ years of experience in Study Abroad Counseling or EdTech/student services.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, International Relations, or related field preferred).Strong grasp of visa requirements, university admissions, and financial docs.Excellent spoken & written communication and a go-getter attitude.CRM & MS Office skills, and the ability to thrive under deadlines.🤝 Who Shouldn’t ApplyLet’s keep it real — we respect your time and ask you to respect ours. ❌ If you tend to ghost after saying yes to interviews... ❌ If you struggle with time commitments or basic professional communication...
