Role Overview: As a Study Abroad Consultant (Junior) at YMGrad, your primary responsibility will be to guide students and professionals through the university application, admissions, and profile-building processes. You will be based in Okhla, Delhi and will work full-time on-site. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting individuals in researching university options, evaluating profiles, advising on application strategies, reviewing documents, and collaborating with team members to help candidates achieve their academic and professional goals. Key Responsibilities: - Assist students and working professionals in researching university options and evaluating profiles - Provide tailored guidance on application strategies and review necessary documents - Collaborate with team members to support candidates in achieving their academic and professional objectives - Work with professionals applying for special visa categories like EB1, O1, and similar - Aid professionals in building strong professional portfolios, drafting research papers, and enhancing academic and professional profiles to meet global standards Qualification Required: - Ability to communicate effectively, evaluate diverse profiles, and provide tailored guidance - Strong research skills in universities, programs, admission/visa requirements, and experience in academic writing - Proficiency in managing multiple cases, tracking client progress, and using tools like spreadsheets and CRM systems - Familiarity with collaborative software and customer service orientation - Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, English, or related field preferred - Knowledge of international admissions or global talent visa processes would be an advantage Note: Only candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
