Study Abroad Consultant – Job Description Salary Range - 20,000 - 25,000 / month, no deductions (plus incentive and yearly bonuses) Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Study Abroad Consultant to guide students through the process of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on university selection, application procedures, visa requirements, and pre-departure preparations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong understanding of international education systems. Key Responsibilities Guide students and parents through the study abroad admission process. Suggest suitable courses, universities, and countries based on student profiles. Convert inquiries into enrollments by presenting services effectively. Build and maintain relationships with partner universities, educational institutions, and visa authorities. Track application status, communicate updates to students, and provide ongoing support throughout the process. Participate in events, webinars, and workshops. Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM software. Share regular updates on performance and market trends with management. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in student counseling, international education, or related fields is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
