What your job roles look like Counselling Query Handling : Address student queries via verbal and written communication, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Provide accurate and clear information to students regarding courses, payments, and technical issues. Event Coordination : Plan and execute academic events, including mock interviews and toppers’ interviews, to enhance student engagement and learning. Required tool kit of your talent experience Empathetic approach with values aligned to our company’s ecosystem.
