Student Relation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Student Relation Manager to join our overseas education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student counselling, university liaison, and admission management. You’ll play a key role in guiding students toward achieving their global education goals while ensuring an exceptional counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study abroad options based on their academic background and career aspirations.

• Manage the end-to-end admission process including applications, documentation, and follow-ups.

• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.

• Guide students through visa processes and pre-departure preparations.

• Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets.

• Support junior counsellors and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance student engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in student counselling or overseas education industry.

• Sound knowledge of destinations such as Europian Countries and Non Europian Coubtries.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
