Student Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the scholarship program, managing the application process, selecting recipients, and maintaining communication with applicants and recipients. - Provide continuous support to scholarship recipients by offering academic advising, career counseling, and necessary support services. - Develop and execute programs and activities to enhance the academic and personal growth of scholarship recipients. - Collaborate with schools, universities, and partners to identify and recruit potential scholarship candidates. - Manage scholarship funds, track expenses, and ensure compliance with donor requirements and NGO policies. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders through regular reporting and communication on program activities and outcomes. - Evaluate the effectiveness of the scholarship program, making recommendations for enhancements. Requirement: Preference will be given to local candidates in Bengaluru. Work Location: Bengaluru Languages Required: English, Hindi, and Kannada Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
