Key Responsibilities Lead Outreach: Coldcall prospective students and parents to qualify studyabroad interest FollowUp & Nurture: Track and follow up on inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp Application Management: Guide candidates through document collection (transcripts, test scores, SOPs) and application submission Sales Support: Present program features, overcome objections, and close enrollments under senior counselor guidance Pipeline Reporting: Update CRM daily; prepare brief status reports on lead progress and conversion metrics Customer Experience: Coordinate predeparture briefings and address candidate queries to ensure a seamless journey Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Commerce, Business, MassCommunication, or related field Strong verbal & written Englishcomfortable on the phone and over email Outgoing, goaloriented, and eager to learn sales and counseling techniques Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Basic proficiency in MSOffice and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) What You’ll Gain Handson experience in international education recruitment and sales Direct mentorship from senior counselors and MGMGlobal leadership Opportunity to develop soft skills: communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management Letter of recommendation and performance-based conversion to a fulltime role How to Apply: Send your CV and a brief cover email to sapna@mgmglobal.co with the subject line “Student Counselor Intern Application.” Join us at MGMGlobal and kickstart your career in international education!
