Should counsel the trainees for right domains based on their academics and career aspirations. To counsel the students and convert the actual queries into final admission. Should have good interactive skills and Good Command on Hindi, English and Telugu. Responsibilities: Academic & Career Counseling: Conduct in-depth consultations with trainees to understand their academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and skillsets. Based on their individual needs, recommend suitable academic programs or domains that align with their future goals. Provide comprehensive information about available programs, their curriculum, and career opportunities. Admissions Support: Effectively address student queries and concerns regarding the admissions process. Guide students through the application process, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted correctly and on time. Convert initial inquiries into successful admissions for the institute. Communication & Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential students, fostering a positive and informative experience. Clearly explain complex academic concepts and career pathways in a way that is easy to understand. Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students and colleagues.
