Job Role: Student Counsellor Company: A leading edtech company offers CA Exams Test Series Job Location: Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida (2 minutes walk-in from Noida Electronic City Metro Station) Work Days & Timings: Monday & Saturday, 10am - 7pm Required Experience: 1-3 years in Edtech sales Salary range: 25k 35k a month, plus incentives Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Student Counsellors to join a growing Edtech company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to exceed targets in a high-paced environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and building relationships with students preparing for CA exams. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate new business leads through calls and convert them into successful sales. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential students. Conduct 100-150 daily calls to guide students regarding CA Exam Test Series and services. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure student satisfaction and support. Requirements: 1-3 years of proven edtech sales experience. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Strong networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal abilities. Salary & Perks: Competitive salary. Performance-based incentives.
