We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our counselling and lead management team in Kanpur. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and professionals about international education and career opportunities, especially in Germany. Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into walk-ins and enrollments. Follow up with interested candidates through phone, email, and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and student progress using CRM tools. Assist with admission, documentation, and visa process coordination. Coordinate with internal teams for training and placement updates. Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service.
