Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling to students, guiding them in achieving their professional goals, and offering support to address their educational and personal challenges. Responsibilities include assessing student needs, conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, providing guidance on academic options, and supporting students in overcoming obstacles during their educational journey. Collaboration with faculty and administrative staff will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Background in Education and familiarity with academic advising
Proficiency in building rapport with students and understanding their needs
Compassionate and empathetic approach to mentoring and guiding individuals
Bachelor's degree in any field
Prior experience in a similar counselling role is a plus
one should be comfortable in calling
