Job Description

Guide students in selecting appropriate courses and universities in the USA/UK based on their academic background, interests, and career goals. Provide detailed information about application procedures, documentation, scholarships, and timelines. Assist in the application process, including SOPs, LORs, and university portals. Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, online leads) and maintain timely follow-ups. Guide students on visa procedures, interview preparation, and pre-departure formalities. Build and maintain relationships with students and parents through excellent communication. Keep updated with the latest admission trends, visa rules, and policies of USA/UK. Collaborate with internal teams and university representatives. Maintain records of student cases and generate regular reports.
