Role Description Job Responsibilities – Fresher (Lease Management cum Digital Marketing) Lease Management: Assist in maintaining records of all active leases and related documents. Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and internal teams for lease renewals, agreements, and payments. Monitor key dates such as lease expirations, rent escalations, and payment schedules. Support in preparing lease summaries and basic reports for management. Conduct site visits if required and assist in handling minor facility issues. Help ensure compliance with lease terms and maintain organized documentation. Digital Marketing: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, etc.). Support content creation for social media platforms, website, and emailers. Help in managing company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. Monitor and report on digital campaign performance (basic analytics). Stay updated with digital trends and suggest new ideas. Support in creating presentations, flyers, and basic designs using Canva or similar tools. General Skills: Good communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain proper records. Show more Show less
