Role Description This is an on-site, full-time Sales Executive role located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying prospective clients and establishing strong relationships with them. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, preparing and delivering presentations, managing client communication, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will conduct market research to identify opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to meet targets Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Understanding of technical aspects of transformers or industrial products is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools Capability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively Flexibility to travel frequently for client meetings and networking events Relevant experience in sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field; Master's degree is an advantage

Role Description As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding STS's presence across Solar EPCs, Industrial customers, OEMs, and consultants in your region. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, generate enquiries, and convert them into orders for solar inverter-duty, distribution, and industrial transformers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, conducting site and technical meetings, coordinating closely with Design, Tendering, and Production teams to prepare accurate proposals and GTPs, and ensuring smooth order execution and timely deliveries. You will actively track market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines while representing STS in key customer interactions, industry events, and regional market engagements, ultimately driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in your territory. Skills Strong knowledge of transformers and electrical power systems. Excellent techno-commercial understanding and documentation skills. Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and tenders. Strong relationship-building skills with EPCs, OEMs, and industrial clients. Effective negotiation and communication abilities. Proven lead generation and enquiry development capability. Expertise in preparing proposals, GTPs, and technical submissions. Strong market awareness of competitors and pricing trends. Ability to manage complete sales cycles independently. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and structured reporting. Qualifications Experience working with Solar EPCs, Industrial customers, OEMs, or utilities. Prior exposure to inverter-duty, industrial-duty, or distribution transformers. Demonstrated success in managing regional territories and key accounts. Experience coordinating with tendering, design, and production teams. Proven record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue. Preferably an Electrical Engineering background (Diploma/B.E.). Experience in project-driven sectors like renewable energy or industrial electrification.
