Structured Products Documentation Analyst (Freshers)

Job Description

This role is for an Analyst to be part of the Structured Products Drafting team in Pune, an extension of our existing teams based in UK. Our team provide legal documentation drafting and issuance support to cross-asset structured products businesses at a range of tier one Investment Banks. Ensure Pricing Supplements/Legal documents are drafted and issued to investors as per regulatory requirements for the most complex structured product transactions. Ensure BAU performance contributes to the smooth running of the operations team thus maintaining /Improving operational effectiveness and service levels. Maintain high standards of control and minimal operations loss incidents. Follow procedures consistently and highlight challenges in a timely manner. Identify opportunities to improve process and realise efficiency savings. Provide necessary support to conduct root cause analysis on repetitive process exceptions and implementation of fixes. Participate in UAT for implementation of change programmes. Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts in Operations, Structuring, Legal and Trading. Job requirements Experience / Skills Commerce/Finance Graduate (2023-2024 Pass outs only) Strong communication skills with ability to interact with global clients/stakeholders. Eye for details and maintain high levels of accuracy. Ability to prioritise workflow and that of a teams in order to meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task and support multiple stakeholders. Average MS Excel knowledge and ability maintain and analyse data. Able to demonstrate the mid set and maturity to operate in a fast-paced environment. Awareness and appreciation to operational risk & control and exception management Ability to be a good team player. Willingness to work in shifts mostly UK timings.
