Job Description

6-10 yrs experience in pipe stress or (and) structural analysis.
Should be able to Detail study of customer enquiries & Material Requisitions, P& IDs, Project specifications & client standards at the beginning of the project.
Analysis Calculations for various power plant structure including boiler supporting structure, flue and ducts, duct supporting structure, piping , piping supporting structure, buckstays. etc.
Experience in performing all Strength calculations as per code IBR & ASME.
Should be able to Prepare Material Forecast for Boiler Non Pressure Parts & Integral Piping.
Good knowledge of various Codes mainly IBR, ASME, AISC & ANSI.
Exposure to hot structure like Buckstay design is preferred.
Attending internal meetings and meetings with Clients, Consultants.
Participate in solving issues involving multi-disciplinary interface. Support to project site.
Mandatory requirement is to be conversant with the use of software Caesar or STAAD Pro or both.
Strong communication skills and ability to mentor juniors for high quality job on time
Must have good knowledge and understanding of power plant equipment's. Must have worked in thermal power projects.
should have an experience of IBR & ASME Calculations and Design of Pressure system
Experience in boiler industry is desired
