Role Overview

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to support homeowners in their home-building journey. You will clarify their doubts, guide them with the right information, and ensure they have a smooth, confident experience with Koloapp.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers throughout their home building journey and clarify doubts.
• Handle multiple clients with diverse requirements, providing tailored advice and solutions.
• Conduct online meetings to understand user needs and preferences.
• Prepare detailed reports to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Allocate the right resources to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate and assist programs with the Lead Advisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely reporting, follow-ups, and consistent client support.
• Own and drive site visits to meet conversion and experience targets.

Requirements

• Education: Background in Structural Design or Architecture (preferred).
• 4 years of experience in the home construction industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in understanding customer requirements and providing practical solutions.
• Passion for home design, quality work, and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹44,526.46 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
