Structural Engineer

About the Role

We're building next-gen UAV platforms and looking for a Structures Engineer who can take full ownership of design, analysis, manufacturing, and innovation across hybrid, multirotor, and fixed-wing UAVs.

What You’ll Do

• Design UAV airframes and structural components using CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)
• Perform FEA for static, dynamic, and vibrational analysis (ANSYS, Abaqus)
• Select and optimize materials (composites, metals, polymers)
• Oversee prototyping, manufacturing, and structural testing
• Collaborate with avionics, propulsion, and flight control teams
• Drive innovation in modularity, weight reduction, and manufacturability

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in UAV or aerospace structural design
• Strong skills in CAD, FEA, and material selection
• Hands-on experience with composites and small-scale manufacturing
• Knowledge of vibrational analysis and structural testing
• Startup mindset: ownership, agility, and cross-functional collaboration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
