Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Designer based in Bhubaneswar. The Structural Designer will be responsible for developing and reviewing construction drawings, designing structural frameworks, and utilizing CAD tools to create detailed design solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and architects, to ensure project success and adherence to safety and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include conducting structural analysis and material evaluation for projects in various sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Structural Engineering principles
• Computer-Aided Design (CAD) expertise for accurate and detailed designs
• Understanding of Civil Engineering practices and fundamentals
• Experience in Steel Design and material evaluations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong teamwork and communication capabilities
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in infrastructure or construction projects is an advantage
