Structural Design Quality Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Ontime design review of new products/parts/Lay out/civil drawing/erection drawing /BOM (Structure,Hopper,Chute,Conveyor) by using Solid works and Auto cad 2. Participate the daily CFT review and address the action plan implementation 3. Develop the CTQ parameters and communicate to manufacturing , installation team 4. Monitoring the CE element implementation till the installation and get the feedback and communicate to concern stake holders 5. Review the daily customer complaints and implement the containment action for ongoing projects 6. Provide technical and engineering support to production team. 7. Site visit for studying and understanding the customer requirements. 8. Prepare project wise installation protocol book and hand over to project team 9. Conduct DWM meeting with internal team and identify the risk and area for improvements 10. Coordinate with internal team and complete the DWM action points on time 11. Travel to customer plants as on when required to inspect understand the process Preferred candidate profile 1.Hands on experience in sold works and Auto cad to to prepare product model, drafting and analysis 2.Hands on experience in BOM preparation and validation with 3D modelling 3.Bulk flow analysis 4.Basics knowledge in fabrication and sheet metal process
