Structural Design Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for On-time release of new part 3-D Modelling & modelling of projects new parts. 2. Creation of 3d modelling, manufacturing /fabrication drawings, GD and T, BOM creation, Ballooning assembly drawing. 3. Knowledge for review and checking to ensure they are manufacturable. 4. Preparation of detailed drawings from preliminary design. 5. Create and Modify technical drawings, 3D Models using CAD Software. 6. Achieve deliverable as per given timeline. 7. Providing technical inputs and engineering support to stake holders. 8. Optimizing the existing process to complete project on time also economically. 9. Independently interact with clients about their requirements. 10. TQM and 5S Activities. Preferred candidate profile 1.Minimum 2 Years, of experience in mechanical design. 2.Proficiency in 3D Tool like Solid works & AutoCAD 3.Ability to drawing reading in GD&T & knowledge on structural design 4.Advanced Knowledge in sheet metal and weldment Design 5.Effective communication verbal, written and Presentation & Analytical skills 6.Willing to work in shifts 7.Value engineering activities
