Desired Experience Range

Min 5-9 Years

Required Technical Skill Set

Should possess knowledge & work experience in structural integrity assessment of aero engine component

HCF & LCF life assessment, Limit, Ultimate & Failure load assessments and damage tolerance calculations
Hand calculation & Engineering Judgement
Test correlation and validation, engine test proposal, technical report writing Certification reports as per CS-E (520,525,800 & 810) requirements
Hands on experience in Ansys WB & APDL, SCO3, Abaqus (linear and nonlinear), nCode, UGNX Meshing,
2D and 3D elements
Hands on experience in Detailed FE analysis for Mechanical Integrity, DARWIN and damage tolerance analysis, Rotating components, bolted joint analysis
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experienced in direct customer interaction
Minimum 3 years of experience in aeroengine is preferred
Component design

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

Ansys WB & APDL, SCO3, Abaqus (linear and nonlinear), UGNX Meshing, nCode, 2D and 3D elements

Any CAD tools. Preferably Siemens NX (Modeling, Detailing, Additive design, Topology optimization)
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
strong analytical skills
