As the Strategy Lead - Portfolio & Synergies, you will be a key member of the CEOs Office, responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction across Sarder Inc."s portfolio of companies. Your role involves identifying synergies, driving cross-functional collaboration, uncovering growth opportunities, and ensuring strategic alignment with our mission to revolutionize global education and AI adoption. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and driving long-term strategic plans across portfolio companies. - Defining business priorities in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team. - Identifying, developing, and operationalizing synergistic opportunities across subsidiaries. - Conducting market and competitive intelligence analysis. - Launching and incubating new business lines aligned with emerging market needs. - Leveraging data-driven decision-making to track performance and make strategic recommendations. - Acting as a central point of coordination among functional leaders and presenting strategic updates to the CEO and Board. - Driving a culture of innovation and contributing thought leadership to reinforce Sarder Inc."s position in education and AI transformation. - Defining and monitoring strategic OKRs across business units and ensuring strategy execution delivers on defined KPIs. - Taking ownership of critical initiatives as required by the CEO and serving as a trusted advisor on complex decisions. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in strategy, business consulting, or corporate development, preferably in edtech, AI, or SaaS environments. - Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving cross-company alignment. - Deep understanding of education ecosystems, B2B/B2C business models, and AI-driven transformations. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
