Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you'll play a vital strategic role in helping clients transform their digital customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities Include
- MBA from Tier 1 institute with 4-7 years of experience in leading advisory consulting firms in areas like AI, Corporate/Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Platform Eco Strategy, Digital Reinvention, Process and Operations Transformation, etc.
- Flexibility to work with cross-functional teams and industries/domains as per engagement requirement
- Brings together business strategy, data architecture, and marketing technology

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Partner with clients to define and deliver strategies across AI, Digital, IT, and Platform Ecosystem domains. Work seamlessly across industries, global engagements, and diverse business contexts, adapting to varied client needs.
- Conduct market and business analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business case development to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional business, data, and technology teams to design and implement scalable digital and transformation solutions.
- Translate business challenges into actionable strategies using data-driven insights and marketing technology platforms. Support operating model design, process transformation, and capability-building initiatives for enterprise clients.
- Drive thought leadership and contribute to development of strategy frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance consulting excellence.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear storytelling and structured communication.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute, with 47 years of experience in leading advisory or consulting firms across areas such as AI, Corporate/Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Platform Ecosystem Strategy, Digital Reinvention, and Process & Operations Transformation.
- Ability to bridge business strategy, data architecture, and marketing technology to deliver integrated and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.
