Strategic Sourcing Support Analyst

You are invited to join Wolters Kluwer as a Strategic Sourcing Support Analyst, where you will play a vital role in the Wolters Kluwer Global Strategic Sourcing Team. You will be based in the Sourcing Center of Excellence in Pune, India, working on critical categories such as software, IT infrastructure, professional services, and workforce management. Your responsibilities will include supporting strategic renewal projects, providing data-driven analysis and decision support, delivering analytical reporting and insights, creating comprehensive contract summaries, preparing sourcing project presentations, managing contract renewals, offering category team support, and stakeholder management. **Responsibilities:** - Support for Strategic Renewal Projects: Assist sourcing leadership on strategic renewal projects by providing research, analytics, cost analysis, supplier benchmarking, and negotiation support. - Data-Driven Analysis and Decision Support: Deliver detailed cost and supplier analyses to enable effective decision-making. - Analytical Reporting and Insights: Provide analytical reports covering supplier performance, project volume, and other metrics. - Create Comprehensive Contract Summaries: Develop detailed contract summaries for upcoming renewals, highlighting key terms, conditions, cost structures, and more. - Prepare Sourcing Project Presentations: Assist in creating concise presentations for senior management to support decision-making. - Renewal Planning and Management: Proactively manage the contract renewal cycle and engage stakeholders. - Category Team Support and Operational Assistance: Support multiple Indirect category Sourcing Teams to ensure efficient sourcing operations. - Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong supplier relationships through collaboration and open communication. **Requirements:** - Education: Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Strategic Sourcing function or related analytical role. - Analytical Skills: Strong abilities in evaluating costing proposals and communicating insights effectively. - Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. - Time Management and Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. - Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to excel in a dynamic environment. - Problem-Solving and Proactivity: Must exhibit a proactive mindset and creativity in resolving challenges. - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel experience. - Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required. - Shift Timings: Must be able to work in the shift timings of 3 PM - 12 AM IST.
