Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Sales Sr. Manager to lead sales initiatives, develop key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the automotive industry. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, formulating sales strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the automotive market, and experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or mobility service providers. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other key industry players. Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, technologies, or services. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position offerings effectively. Customer Relationship Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at automotive companies. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly. Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships. Address customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring Track sales performance metrics, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development. Drive continuous improvements in the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Market Expansion & Industry Engagement Identify and develop new market segments, including electrification, connected vehicles, and autonomous driving solutions. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the companys network and brand presence. Provide insights into emerging trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Experience: 5+ years in automotive sales, business development, or strategic account management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the automotive sector. Strong understanding of automotive supply chains, OEM and Tier 1 purchasing processes, and emerging mobility trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools. Preferred Skills: Experience in EVs, ADAS, connected vehicle technologies, or mobility solutions . Knowledge of automotive manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement processes . Ability to develop financial models, pricing strategies, and ROI analyses .
