Actively manage inbound conversations with clients via multiple platforms. 2. Maintain high responsiveness during U.S. hours (4:00 AM - 12:30 PM IST). 3. Keep CRM tools updated with client interaction logs. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Strong command of English (written) is mandatory. Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Tech or equivalent). Minimum 80% in 10th and 12th standard (preferred, not mandatory). Female candidates are preferred for this role. Training & compensation: The initial 28 days will be a training period. A training stipend of ₹8,000 will be provided during this time. Upon successful completion of training, fixed monthly compensation will be ₹20,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
