Strategic Partner Manager Digital Marketing & Web Development

As a Strategic Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our white label partners. Your primary goal will be to ensure partner success, foster long-term relationships, and help expand our white label program. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary liaison between our agency and white label partners. - Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business model, goals, and pain points. - Ensure partners have the necessary resources and knowledge to deliver our services effectively under their brand. - Proactively manage partner accounts to ensure satisfaction and success. - Monitor service performance and address any issues promptly. - Lead the onboarding process for new white label partners. - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners. - Identify and onboard partners engaged in digital marketing and web development services. - Provide specialized training sessions on our digital services. - Maintain expertise in digital marketing and web development services. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role in digital marketing or web development. - Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, web design, and development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. - Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with white label partnerships. - Technical knowledge of web development and digital marketing tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
