What you’ll do: Craft posts, reels, and carousels that are as sharp as they are scroll-stopping. Translate insights into content that engages our target audience and drives action. Spot trends early and find creative ways to ride the wave. Help shape stotio’s voice on social media channels. What we’re looking for: A natural storyteller with a sense for what engages online. Strong writing chops and a flair for design. Curiosity for digital led growth, AI savviness, and creative thinking. Bonus points if you’re handy with Canva, Figma, or video editing. Technical Aptitude Platform Savvy: Basic understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube). You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be curious about how algorithms, formats, and engagement tactics work. Analytics Orientation: Comfort with numbers—able to interpret basic data from tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics. Content Tools: Familiarity (or willingness to learn) with design and scheduling tools like Canva, Figma, Buffer, or Hootsuite. Digital Hygiene: Understanding of basics like hashtags, SEO for social posts, and platform best practices. AI/Automation Curiosity: Interest in exploring AI-driven tools for content ideation, scheduling, or optimization.
