Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy Plan, develop, and execute a robust social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, etc.) Conceptualize and shoot high-quality short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) Develop skincare-related content that is both educational and engaging (e.g., tips, myth-busting, before/after, routines, etc.) Video & Visual Editing Edit videos using industry-standard tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and thumbnails Ensure content aligns with the brand's aesthetic and tone Social Media Management Monitor, post, and engage with the community daily Stay up to date with platform updates and algorithm changes Track and report performance analytics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) Trendspotting & Strategy Stay on top of skincare trends, viral audio, memes, and influencer content Pitch creative campaign ideas and collaborations Work closely with dermatologists and clinic staff to turn their expertise into content Requirements: Proven experience as a social media/content manager , ideally in the beauty, skincare, or health niche.
