Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming goods, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standard warehouse practices. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to monitor usage and replenishment needs. Ensure proper stock rotation by strictly following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and other inventory management principles. Verify all received goods against purchase orders and delivery notes, rejecting any damaged, incorrect, or substandard items . Managed storage of food, packaging materials, and operational stock , ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Maintain an organized and clean storage facility, adhering to regulatory and operational guidelines. Work closely with the procurement and production teams to align stock levels with operational requirements. Update inventory management software/systems regularly for real-time stock tracking and reporting. Prepare and maintain stock reports, consumption records, and expenditure statements for review. Ensure timely issuance of materials to various departments to support smooth factory operations. Communicate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders to coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies. Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage unforeseen stock issues and shortages. Utilize basic computer skills for inventory tracking, report generation, and record-keeping. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields). Experience: 3-5 years in food stores/warehouse management . Strong understanding of FIFO inventory management and supply chain best practices. Experience in the Food processing Industry, retail, and QSR Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail . Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Salary Package 4 - 8 LPA (Based on experience and qualifications).
