Stores Assistant

As a Stores Assistant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with various teams across India, managing stock status, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with coordinators, SE, Manager, RM for INR and USD sale, and handle email communication promptly - Provide stock status information to branch coordinators, Managers, RM as required - Verify Sale order entries with PO & quote, and send O/s information emails to respective branches - Monitor and verify stock status regularly, organize dispatches for timely delivery, and manage communication with Panvel Stores team for INR dispatches - Generate and distribute pending sales order reports to branches and RMs fortnightly - Ensure adherence to RDC regularisation procedure for billing, process USD Orders with SAP, and maintain effective correspondence with SAP and company branches - Keep track of data for USD orders Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales order processing, preferably with a company handling imports and sales in India - Experience in making invoices, delivery challans, and knowledge of inventory management is preferred - Any Graduate qualification required, B.
