Job Description

Material Handling & Receiving:
Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and challans.
Inspect material quantity, quality, and specifications with QC/production teams.
Tag and store materials properly with identification labels.
Issuance & Dispatch:
Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
Prepare gate passes, issue slips, and dispatch documents.
Stock Maintenance:
Maintain bin cards and update stock registers on a daily basis.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
Housekeeping & Safety:
Ensure store area is clean, safe, and organized.
Follow safety guidelines for storage and handling of materials.
Coordination:
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for material flow and reconciliation.
Support in monthly and annual inventory audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
