Job Description

Job Title: Stores and Purchase Executive Location: SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumazhisai, Chennai, Tamilnadu. Salary Range: ₹20,000/- to ₹25,000/- per month Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in stores and purchase functions, preferably in a manufacturing industry. Educational Qualification: Any Degree Key Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, consumablesand finished goods. Ensure proper documentation of goods receipt, material issue, and stock reconciliation Handle procurement of raw materials, chemicals, spares, and other consumables from approved vendors. Negotiate with suppliers for best prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines. Maintain vendor database and manage purchase orders in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for inventory and procurement. Coordinate with production and accounts departments for planning and approvals. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper housekeeping of the stores area. Maintain accurate records in ERP/software or manual register as applicable. Skills Required: Good knowledge of inventory and purchase management Familiarity with industrial raw materials and chemicals (preferred) Working knowledge of MS Office and inventory management systems Strong negotiation and communication skills Attention to detail and record-keeping ability Benefits: · Health insurance · Yearly bonus About Company : Skyline Resins and Chemicals is manufacturing of Polyester Resin, a kind of polymer chemicals used in manufacturing of FRP Products (Fibre Reinforced Plastics) such as Fibre boats, water, oil and petroleum storage tanks, water and oil pipes, cooling towers, bus shelters, stadium seat, bath tubs, telephone booths, Bus body, septic tanks, safety helmets.
