Stores and Accounts Executive

We are fast growing Precision Machining MSME company with clients mostly as MNC and we are looking for Stores and Accounts executive to manage following roles and responsibilities.

Qualification : B.Com or BSc-Accounts or corporate accounts or BBA

Experience : 2 to 7 years experience in working at stores

Exposure : Tally Prime Gold

Responsibilities

Stores :

1) Material Inward GRN 2) Material out outward- DC / Invoice , E-Way bill 3) Daily Stock Movement register 4) Bin card management at stores 5) Weekly Stock reconciliation at Inhouse / Vendors / Sub-contractors 6) Material Issue against Job Order 7) Job Order closure 8) Customer RM accounting and reconciliation 9) Scrap Yard accounting and disposal. 10) Maintain Online stocks at Tally.

Accounts

1) Leger entry of petty cash / Purchase vouchers 2) Maintain all vouchers and bills 3) Bill passing and payment voucher preparation 4) Invoice and DC and E way bill generation 5) All legal and statutory compliance taking support of Accounts Consultant.6) Weekly MIS to Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
