HI Greeting from Global Zone Hr Service We have opening for the Profile of STORE SUPERVISOR Location - CHINA TOWN KOKLOTA We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Supervisor to oversee and manage store operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory control, vendor coordination, payment follow- ups, petty cash management, and dispatch documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records for seamless store operations. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Vendor Management: • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as per requirements and ensure timely approvals. • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for smooth supply chain operations. • Source and negotiate with new vendors for cost-effective and quality material procurement. • Ensure timely local purchases for urgent requirements. Finance & Payment Management: • Track and follow up on vendor payments to ensure timely settlements. • Maintain petty cash records and handle minor store expenses efficiently. • Verify bills and invoices against purchase orders and deliveries before processing payments. Inventory & Store Operations: • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability. • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations to avoid discrepancies. • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. Dispatch & Documentation: • Prepare and verify dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, and gate passes. • Coordinate with logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations. • Ensure compliance with documentation standards for audits and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field will be preferred. • Experience: 5+ years in store management, procurement, or inventory control. • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, or inventory management tools. • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
