Job Title: Store Sales Consultant / Fashion Consultant Location: Allen Park, Kolkata Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and stylish Store Sales Consultant / Fashion Consultant to join our boutique in Wood Street, Kolkata. The boutique specializes in fusion wear, Indo-western, ethnic, and party wear collections for women. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a customer-friendly attitude. Preference will be given to candidates from a fashion or apparel background. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with product selections, styling suggestions, and purchases. Build strong relationships with clients to provide a personalized shopping experience. Understand client preferences and recommend suitable outfits and accessories. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Maintain stock records, inventory, and visual merchandising standards in the store. Assist in daily store operations, stock checks, and restocking as needed. Follow up with clients for trials, alterations, and deliveries. Stay updated with fashion trends, collections, and styling techniques.
