Role OverviewAs a Store Partner Success Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our partnered retail stores. Your day-to-day work will involve visiting stores, capturing available surplus products, updating inventory details, ensuring in-store promotions, and helping build a steady supply of discounted deals for our customers. Key Responsibilities Visit assigned retail stores daily (Sodhi’s, Modern Bazaar, etc.) Identify surplus, short-dated, and clearance stock in-store Click clear photos of products and capture expiry, price, and brand info Update catalogue on WhatsApp Business or internal tool Build relationships with store staff and owners to ensure cooperation Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment and stock-outs Track daily store-wise inventory freshness and performance Ensure QR codes and flyers are visible in partner stores Support occasional on-ground brand activations or customer drives What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English Owns a smartphone and is comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc. Energetic, reliable, and willing to travel within Gurugram Previous retail or field sales experience is a plus (not mandatory) Respectful, punctual, and good with relationship building Problem-solver with a “get-it-done” attitude Perks Monthly incentives based on partner activity and order volume Travel allowance for on-ground store visits Work directly with the founding team Career growth into supply operations, sourcing, or account management
