Store Operations & Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can take ownership like a co-founder and manage end-to-end store operations, product sourcing, sales, and inventory availability. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion—especially branded clothing—and who wants to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

• Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure an attractive store layout.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Handle customer service issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.

2. Product Sourcing

• Identify suppliers for branded jeans, T-shirts, shirts, and other apparel.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Build long-term relationships with wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Keep up with current fashion trends and new brands to introduce.

3. Inventory Management

• Ensure stock availability and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving items.
• Coordinate reorders and manage stock rotation.
• Minimize inventory losses through proper checks.

4. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Drive store promotions, offers, and upselling opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve performance.
• Develop strong customer relationships and create repeat business.

5. Ownership & Leadership

• Work closely with the founder and contribute ideas to grow Tagvik.
• Take initiatives like a co-founder — not just an employee.
• Help build systems, processes, and team culture as we scale.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Retail store management or fashion industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of branded apparel (jeans, T-shirts, shirts).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and customer experience.
• High level of responsibility, honesty, and leadership mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
