Education -: Any Graduate

Experience-: 2/5 Years Should Have Knowledge in Chemical or Pharma Industry

Responsibilities -:Handling of Store & Dispatch Independently. o Preparing Sales, invoices. o Preparing EWAY bill, Road Permit etc. o Taking of perpetual inventory daily physical stock of dispatch item. o Transfer production ready material to FG Stock o Preparing daily dispatch plan/schedule for dispatch o Packing as per customer & making the product ready for dispatch. o Conducting 5S Audit. Involved in stock audit. o 5S activities implement in Dispatch department. o Zero accidents in Dispatch department for that strictly follow the Rules which is implementing in 5S. o Responsible for maintaining the Store Inventory Level in view of monthly consumption. o Local Transportation cost reduction by proper planning of vehicles o Taking Physical stock Quarterly, Half Yearly, yearly. o Physically checking and loading of material. o Making of manual order from barrel to carboy. o Handling man power of store and dispatch department. o Responsible for making documentation before/after dispatches. o Follow up with transporter, customer etc. for on the delivery after dispatch. o Control of Dispatch material. (Short & Excess.) o Monthly MIS report of Vehicle movement as well as on time delivery.
