Please see the following position summary: Client: Subsidiary of the American Pharma MNC Position: Manager Store (Pharmaceuticals) Location: Vadodara Job profile: Responsible for ensuring the efficient management & control of warehouse operation whilst achieving the agreed service levels. Overview warehouse operations including materials receipt & dispatch of the goods, storage, packing & liaising with internal stake holders. Managing logistics in close co-ordination with internal stake holders for timely completion of dispatches. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits, stock taking & reconciliation procedures. Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimise stock discrepancies. Drive smooth material flow from receiving to issuance of materials. Responsible for complete record maintenance. Compliance of SOPs & GMP. Various MIS related to stores function. Desired Profile: Any Graduate with 8 to 10 years experience in stores function, Minimum three years at Managerial level. Strong understanding of strategic planning techniques. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Quick decision-making skills. Ability to maintain store standards and conditions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail software.
