Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the store.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.

2. Sales & Customer Service

Drive sales performance to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for smooth supply chain management.
Prevent stock shrinkage through proper controls and audits.

4. Team Management

Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
Schedule shifts and assign duties effectively.
Motivate the team to meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.

5. Financial Management

Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability.
Prepare sales reports and submit to senior management.
Ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures.

6. Compliance & Standards

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations.
Maintain store security and loss prevention measures.
