Store Manager

As a Store Manager, your role involves ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the store. Your primary responsibility is to create a safe and comfortable shopping environment for customers, leaving them with a positive experience. You are expected to follow trust processes and guidelines for store operating procedures and manage the assets of the store to maintain security and safety. It is crucial to monitor and maintain sufficient inventory levels to avoid stockouts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the store's assets and ensure security and safety - Create a safe and comfortable shopping environment for customers - Follow trust processes and guidelines for store operating procedures - Maintain sufficient inventory levels to prevent stockouts - Monitor and manage store targets and profitability - Operate cash register and office equipment - Plan, manage profit and loss, handle cash, and prepare daily sales reports - Ensure store cleanliness and proper stocking of shelves and racks - Arrange mannequins attractively and rotate them frequently - Stock merchandise according to seasonal trends - Maintain a well-lit, ventilated store with a positive ambiance - Install visible signage displaying the store's name and logo Qualifications Required: - Experience in managing Medium/High-End Retail Store for a fashion brand - Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and strong interpersonal skills - Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office - Proficiency in inventory management - Ability to meet store targets and profitability goals Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent position based in Himatnagar, Gujarat. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English languages is required. A minimum of 1 year of total work experience and 1 year of management experience is preferred.
