Greetings from Baashyaam group of companies, we are hiring stores manager for our multi designer store located at Nungabakkam JD For; Store Manager Attain the designated revenue targets by acquiring new customers and cultivating a loyal customer base. Plan and execute promotional and customer events that builds the brand and drives store traffic. Manage store operations viz. Ambience, VM standards, Inventory, direct staff, customer management, designer coordination etc. Ensure positive and exceptional customer experience managing all touch points efficiently and drive positive reviews in CSS and Social Media handles. Complete business planning for season and off-season sales, promotions, coordinating with designers and merchandisers for maintaining right sizes and quantities. Manage the administrative requirements and resolve team challenges to ensure higher motivation at all time. TOPIC Designer; Stay informed about the seasonal plan, designers, and their contract terms. Store Operations ; Plan the target achievement and monitor execution vs. plan. Store Ambience, Inventory availability, maintain relationship with key customers and attend to their requirements. Work closely with accounts for daily banking, sale reports, inventory reports. Seek customer feedback and rating proactively. Events ; Work closely with the Brand Manager and plan the event logistics and execution. Work with fashion consultants to invite the customers and ensure event success. Ensure brand visibility and hype across all social media handles pre and post events. Customer Management ; Resolve customer disputes and issues amicably by finding win-win solutions, supporting the Fashion Consultants Education: Any Degree with Min 5 to 10 years experience as a Store in charge/ manager in any multi designer stores or any retail industry.
