Job Title - Store manager Experience - 3 to 6years job location - Koramangala. bangalore langueges - kannada. English Responsibilities: Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment Maintain the stability and reputation of the store Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control Respond to customer complaints and comments Monthly stock report & daily stock report maintain in excel Daily inward & out ward stock report Preparing Updating the Purchase inventory bills in ERP Maintaining the Company Asset in good Conditions Monthly Audit the Store & Warranty spares the claim with vendor Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Joining bonus Overtime pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Experience: Store manager: 4 years (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) kannada (Preferred) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Preferred) Work Location: In person
