- Inventory Management (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in inventory planning, order management, and loss prevention, with an aptitude for optimizing stock levels and reducing shrinkage.
- Store Management: Comprehensive understanding of daily store operations including merchandising, cash management, and compliance with processes and policies to achieve store targets efficiently.
- Retail Operations: Proficient in retail operations such as visual merchandising, promotional execution, customer service excellence, and managing multiple priorities to enhance store performance.
- Shrinkage Management: Experienced in implementing protocols for minimizing stock loss by conducting regular audits, monitoring suspicious activities, and training staff on shrinkage prevention techniques.
- Team Management: Capable of recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring staff, fostering a positive work environment and driving high-performance culture across the store team.
- Profit & Loss Management: Skilled in analyzing sales data, controlling operational costs, and strategizing to drive revenue growth and sustain store profitability within set budgets.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales and profitability targets on a consistent basis.
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including cash management, inventory control, merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct staff training sessions and regular performance evaluations, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing skill gaps for continuous team development.
- Implement robust stock management procedures to minimize shrinkage and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Drive store performance by analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and executing effective promotional strategies to maximize footfalls and conversions.
- Maintain high operational standards, ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and visual presentation guidelines at all times.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence by setting clear targets and supporting staff development.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, expenses, inventory, and staff performance to regional management, recommending actions for improvement and growth.
