Store Manager

As a Head Coach for the highest revenue Unite Door at Nike, you will lead by example, champion Nikes values, and create a premium consumer experience. Your role will involve leading daily operations to ensure visual, brand, merchandising, and operational standards are consistently executed. You will communicate and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals to your team, motivating them to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, you will oversee onboarding and continuous training to drive Employee Engagement and ensure all team members integrate well into Nikes team culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading daily operations to ensure standards are met - Communicating and driving KPIs and business goals - Overseeing onboarding and continuous training - Identifying growth opportunities and driving performance - Conducting regular performance reviews and team development sessions - Managing stock operations and acting as a key liaison between the store, Nike HQ, and Territory partners Qualifications required: - 7+ years of retail experience & leadership in a dynamic, complex, high-volume retail environment - Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams - Strong background in retail operations, sales, planning, and customer service - Energetic presence on the shop floor with a passion for sport and the Nike brand - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style Please note that you will report directly to the Senior Retail Manager, SEA, and collaborate with teammates spanning various departments within Nike.
