Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Ensure personalized customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily store operations, administration, and compliance with company policies and local legal requirements.
Maintain excellent store ambience, visual merchandising, and staff grooming standards.
Address customer and staff issues professionally and escalate when needed.
Ensure stock accuracy through daily counts, monthly audits, and shrinkage control.
Track market trends and coordinate with merchandising teams for inventory and customer demand insights.
Monitor team performance, conduct appraisals, and set individual targets.
Participate in sales discussions, analyse sales data, and implement strategies to improve store performance.
Manage time effectively and keep the team engaged during non-peak hours.
Collaborate with other store managers to adopt best practices and be open to travel for cross-learning.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and operational standards across the store.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with strong MS Excel skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Leadership & team management
Customer service & product knowledge
Basic business operations understanding
POS system proficiency
Must have knowledge of women ethnic
