Job Description

Oversee daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/Odoo or any store management software.
Coordinate with the purchase and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Implement FIFO/FEFO and ensure proper storage conditions for all items.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts; reconcile physical stock with system records.
Monitor and manage minimum stock levels, reorder levels, and lead times.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and housekeeping in the store area.
Handle incoming and outgoing materials with proper documentation (GRN, DC, MRN, etc.).
Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice matching and payment processing.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit requirements related to store operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,119.93 - ₹43,198.28 per month
